Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Compensation:
- $1,500 Sign on Bonus*
- Eligible for Annual Increases

- This position is for 1st shift.
- Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
- Overtime available on a business need basis.
- You will interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, designs sketches and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) for operation, material, and dimensional requirements.
- You will assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts into sub-units or complete units using operating mechanical equipment.
- You will take measurements of material and select appropriate machines for the process.
- You will perform machining setups and make adjustments as required.
- You will conduct inspections of work produced.
- You will check SPC charts for frequency of checks, gauging and measurements.
- You will keep records and maintain quality/safety standards.
- You will work under direct supervision. You will normally follow established procedures on routine work. You may require instructions on new assignments.
- You will apply basic job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Your tasks are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for some judgment.
- Typically requires a high school diploma with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is typically required.
