OnsiteUnder direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Requires use of a few simple hand tools. Ensure work is accomplished with high quality, in a timely fashion and is compliant with all company, city, state and federal regulations.
What You Will Do:
Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts while using hand and machine tools properly, and follow procedures, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
Maintain quality standards by building defect-free parts, meeting customer deadlines, and complying with quality systems.
Develop skills through training, certifications, and participation in audits, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Keep materials, equipment, and work areas clean and organized while completing tasks to support department objectives.
Report progress, quality issues, and updates to supervisors, ensuring adherence to standards and re-instructing as needed.
What You Will Learn:
Develop the ability to interpret blueprints accurately.
Gain insights into continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen and 5S, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation within the workplace.
Learn to prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency, importance, and deadlines.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline

Qualifications We Prefer:
We prefer candidates who have a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and a willingness to learn and optimize production methods.
We prefer candidates with basic proficiency in blueprint reading or a willingness to develop this skill under guidance
Please Note Work Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm - Overtime: May be mandatory
