The salary range for this role is $48,440.00 to $65,540.00. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills

What You Will Do:
- Work Onsite at our Sana Fe Springs, CA Location
- Work Hours Monday – Friday 5:30am-2pm with occasional overtime work.
- Conducts inspection of incoming assemblies and components according to procedures and technical data
- Sets up repair and test facilities.
- Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Repair as necessary identified units that fail test or tolerance levels.
- Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
- Use hand and power tools for part and component assembly.
- Ensure short cycle time repairs and returns ensuring quality processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- Basic Computer skills for documenting repairs and following work instructions.
- Basic experience operating hand tools, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and test equipment
- Experience with measuring tools such as: micrometers, calipers, height gage, hydraulic gages, etc.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints and overhaul manuals for assembly purposes
