We’re looking for video and audio storytellers to conduct interviews and write scripts for video production on a tight timeline driven basis. Candidates should possess strong writing and proofreading skills – journalism, marketing and PR backgrounds would be a natural fit. Interest and background in photography with understanding of light, lenses, exposures, and audio production would be ideal.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. What You Will Do:
- Audio and video recording in studio and on-site locations.
- Operating large camera equipment in studio and familiar with virtual sets.
- Able to use/learn modern video and editing software.
- Assist with inventory and test of all equipment and hardware.
- How to operate professional grade equipment on/off site in a production environment with customers.
- Learn the basics of virtual set production and how it incorporates into our production/development process.
- Operate and learn exciting new technologies to create audio and video content to include drones, virtual sets, render machines, latest and greatest camera/audio hardware, and much more.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Unreal Engine 5 experience
- Virtual set production.
- Photogrammetry
- Drone operations
- This role may have the expectation for travel via car and/or plane
