2nd Shift Schedule
- This position is for 2nd shift.
- Monday – Friday 3:30 PM - midnight
- Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do
- You will accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.
- You will demonstrate proper use of simple hand/machine tools and electrical/mechanical measuring devices.
- You will perform metal finishing of aircraft components to customer specifications and development of work techniques.
- You will be responsible for accuracy of processes.
- You will perform part fixturing, loading and unloading.
- You will conduct tank/chemistry maintenance and associated tooling in compliance with company and governmental environmental regulations.
- You will participate in lean initiatives (i.e. 5S, TPM, process improvement teams).
- You will handle and transport hazardous goods and materials while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- You will perform basic analytical activities (i.e. pH and density testing).
- You will complete tube fabrication duties as determined by business need.
- You will perform quality assurance and meets customer deadlines.
- You will finish parts that meet NADCAP requirements.
- You will comply with applicable elements of quality systems.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
