HybridCollins Aerospace is looking for Integrated Program Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Richardson, TX! You will interface and work with the Program Management Office, Engineering, and Operations. You will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis. You will become an integral part of the Program Management Team providing advice, consultation, and analysis with regard to creation and execution of the program plan.
This role is eligible for relocation. This role will be performed HYBRID at our Collins Aerospace location in Richardson, TX
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS.
- Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents.
- Incorporate regular status and updates in the IMS based on inputs from CAMs.
- Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.
- Assist, as needed, the Program Earned Value Analyst with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
- Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation.
- Tracks plans and schedules, solicits regular updates, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
- Work in parallel with the Program Earned Value analyst of the program to ensure the cost and schedule are reconciled. Take steps to correct any mismatched items and address root cause.
- Contributes ideas for training materials. Offers suggestions for areas in processes or tools that need enhancement
- Understands and complies with requirements in DI-MGMT-81861A, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide and Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide.
- Abides by company policies and procedures, with special attention to ethics and standards of business conduct
- Support Program Reviews
- Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS using standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)
- Familiarity with IPMDAR or IPMR reporting and associated DIDs
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Experience with integrated schedules and logic networks using Microsoft Project software.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10%

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
