Job Overview:
The utility porter’s main duty is the overall maintenance and operations of the facility and grounds. In this role they are responsible for the following:
- Ability to lift minimum of 50lbs.
- Ability to climb 8ft to 12ft ladders.
- Strip, seal, finish and polish floors.
- Utilize snow removal equiptment.
- Vacuuming, Dusting, Detailed Cleaning, Sweeping, Mopping.
- Trash removal and Recycling.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of maintenance machinery.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to work snow removal projects.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
