Collins, a Division of Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.
Responsibilities
- Close attention to detail.
- Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
- Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled per assigned department.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those in contact on a day-to-day basis.
- Ability to inspect, water test and road test a completed bus.
- Drive units inside and outside of the plant.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate problems via emails and verbally.
- Responsible for inspection and function testing of all units.
- Responsible for verifying options for customer orders and B-config.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Knowledge and proper use of all safety equipment provided.
- Read and follow written instructions/specifications.
- Read blueprints and specifications.
- Use tape measure, caliper, and other basic measuring tools.
