Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant (aka Comfort Advisor) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, meeting with customers in their homes to assess their HVAC or water filtration needs and provide tailored solutions. In-home sales experience is ideal, Service Titan software experience is a plus!

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs for HVAC or water filtration systems
- Present and explain our products and services in a clear and compelling manner
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Prepare detailed proposals and close sales effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to offer the best solutions
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
- Previous sales experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or home services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
