We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our organization in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth. The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of our marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results
- Responsible for oversight of social media platforms and review platforms.
- Update all media platforms with campaign collateral across all markets.
- Ensures Credit Union compliance with all state and federal regulations in all marketing methods.
- Acts as the Credit Union’s liaison to all outside marketing-related vendors and consultants.
- Responsible for internal and emergency communications plan.
- Responsible for oversight of social media platforms and review platforms.
- Additional Requirements:**
- Experience with digital marketing, PR, and advertising
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently
