- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Plan and design data analytics web pages and apps using wireframes, prototypes, and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create blueprints for what the solution will look like.
- Use front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS) to create/clean up layouts, interactive features, or execute other design ideas.
- Collaborate with UX and data teams: bridge requirements between design and development teams. conduct user testing, A/B testing, and other forms of research in collaboration with the UX team as needed.
- Proven experience designing/developing business concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, or prototypes
- Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent people skills to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Bachelor's in a Design-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Design tool experience- Figma/Adobe preferred but open to similar tools
- Business communication skills, able to be a liaison between tech teams and End Users
- Front End Development HTML preferred or relevant tools
- PowerPoint- creating strategic decks, training decks for system rollouts, and decks to keep all teams aligned
Salary : $100,000 - $116,400
