Join Our Team as a Luxury Sales Executive!

Current Contract Location : Cape Charles, Virginia (Relocation Required)

Real Estate License Required : (Must obtain real estate License in the State of Virginia)

Experience Required : Minimum of 5 years in Luxury sales (real estate, yachts, automobiles)

Compensation : Commission-Only - First Year Earning Potential $200K-$250K; Long-Term $500K

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Luxury Sales Executive to enhance our elite team for our exciting project in Cape Charles, Virginia. Ideal candidates will embrace the opportunity to relocate and fully immerse themselves in the community they will be representing.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Engage potential buyers through outreach efforts via email, text, and phone, guiding them throughout the sales process.
  • Schedule and lead property tours for interested clients.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and collaborate with your team to refine your sales techniques.
  • Utilize the CRM to manage leads, document client communications, and oversee transactions.
  • Work alongside our developer's marketing team to synchronize sales strategies for maximum impact.
  • Represent our lifestyle and community authentically, developing strong connections with clients.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Active Real Estate License : A valid real estate license is required, along with the willingness to obtain one in Virginia.
  • Luxury Sales Expertise : Proven track record in selling luxury real estate, yachts, or high-end automobiles.
  • Adaptability : A commitment to relocating and integrating into the local community for the project's duration.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written abilities, with a knack for engaging high-net-worth clients.
  • Personality : An engaging, yet approachable demeanor that fosters genuine connections.
  • Detail-Oriented and Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems and managing client databases effectively.
  • Strong Work Ethic : Availability to work 5.5-6 days a week during peak selling seasons.
  • Well-Traveled : Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with sophisticated clientele.
  • Client-Centered Approach : Exceptional listening skills paired with a consultative sales style.
  • Creative Problem Solver : A proactive mindset to identify client and developer needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Position Details :

  • Role Type : Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Compensation : Commission-only with additional bonus opportunities.
  • CRM Provided : Access to our proprietary client management system.
  • Relocation Required : Must be open to moving to various project sites as needed.
