Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation cases from initial investigation through trial and appeal.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and pre-trial conferences.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients at trial.
- Collaborate with senior attorney to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Ensure deadlines are met and effectively manage a litigation caseload.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 1 years of litigation experience in personal injury law preferred.
- Active member of the Alabama State Bar, in good standing.
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple litigation cases in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
