As a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM), youll work side by side with your local team and corporate support in an ever-evolving sales environment. Youll make connections with teammates, build relationships with your customers, learn about new wireless and internet technologies, and lead your team to excellence.

- Customer Service experience and skills
- High School or GED completion required
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
- Experience in a wireless retail environment

What your day-to-day looks like:
- Providing helpful, personal, and guided assistance to Customers and Teammates
- Driving goals through acquiring new customer accounts, navigating customers toward their needs, growing your customer base, and meeting metrics
- Building relationships with customers and team members to provide a personal and knowledgeable experience
- Assisting the Store Manager with operation needs, including staffing, sales, and inventory
- Setting expectations by translating direction from leadership to local team
- Maintaining store appearance, back room, and working areas
