As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), youll work side by side with your local team and corporate support in an ever-evolving sales environment. Youll make connections with teammates, build relationships with your customers, learn about new wireless and internet technologies, and lead your team to excellence.

- Customer Service experience and skills
- High School or GED completion required
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
- Experience managing in a wireless retail environment

What your day-to-day looks like:
- Providing helpful, personal, and guided assistance to Customers and Teammates
- Securing excellence in full operations of the store including maintaining inventory, staffing, coaching and performance
- Being a leader for your team to lean on for sales consults and assisting customers to meet their needs
- Ensuring team progression and results through coaching and accountability
- Setting expectations by translating direction from leadership to local team
- Maintaining store appearance, back room, and working areas

Qualifications
Salary : $45,000
