Collins Mobile, a T-Mobile Preferred Retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work in an ever-evolving environment, build relationships with customers, learn about new wireless and internet technologies, and train towards becoming a Mobile Expert.
As a Mobile Associate, you will be responsible for providing helpful, personal, and guided assistance to customers, demonstrating equipment and technology in-store, learning and growing in knowledge of wireless technology, people skills, and yourself, and contributing to sales records and customer service awards by approaching each sale with integrity and passion.
