We are currently looking for a Front Office Concierge to join our team! This role performs check-in, check-out and scheduling services.
T HIS POSITION MAY REQUIRE TRAVEL WITHIN THE SWFL AREA. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND THE ABILITY TO WORK IN ANY OF OUR OFFICES IN EITHER NAPLES, FT. MYERS OR PUNTA GORDA.
Education and Experience :
- High School Diploma
- Medical Office Experience; minimum 1-year
- Ophthalmology Office Experience, preferable
- Strong Customer Service skills; minimum 1 year
- Call Center Experience, helpful
