- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on clerical tasks.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation of office activities.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and communication.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Skills
- Proficient in payroll management and human resources practices.
