Client Operations Administrator – Spanish Speaking

Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional support. Create and maintain accurate operational procedures. Coordinate client onboarding, program setup, and end-to-end testing. Manage disputes and voucher requirements, ensuring timely resolution. Prepare and deliver monthly client reports in line with service standards. What You’ll Need: Fluent, business-level Spanish (spoken and written) – essential! Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively. Problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach.
