About this role...

  • Handle phone calls / emails / live chat inquiries from members and clients professionallywith appropriatesolutionseffectively
  • Deliver quality customer services to members and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for all membership related administration works
  • Prepare monthly billing and reports in a timely manner
  • Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned

    • You might fit for the role if you have...

  • Diploma or above in business administration or related discipline
  • Experience in customer services in travel industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Proactive detailminded and able to work multi task in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English Cantonese Mandarin and Korean
