Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment on / offboarding arrangements benefits administration leave records administration etc.
Maintaining staff data on HRIS accurately in a timely manner
Assist in office administration / facility duties including but not limited to manage vendor invoicing office utilities ordering
Support in organising company events and activities
Support adhoc P&C / office administration projects
You might fit for the role if you have......
Degree in business administration or related discipline with 12 years working experience preferably in HR field
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legistlations
Independent able to multitasking detailminded proactive with cando attitude
Proficient in MS Application
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
