8 years minimum structural engineering experience in the design of commercial buildings in the United States
PE required, SE preferred
Must have California seismic design experience
Open to travel 1-2 times a month for employee training and structural observations
Previous experience managing and training younger engineers
Excellent communication skills and client interactions
Previous interactions and personal relationships with architects preferred
