The Onsite Maintenance Class I will lubricate machinery, change parts, or perform other routine machinery maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform all duties in a safe manner
Interact in a professional manner with other employees / customers
Work overtime as necessary
Performs repairs and maintains equipment and machinery
General building maintenance as required
Work with all members of the maintenance team
Attend meetings as directed and take ownership of all tasks assigned
Perform preventive maintenance tasks per the PM software and / or as assigned
Create workorders within the PM Software
Willing to learn Robot operations
Track daily activities in maintenance software
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Must be able to complete / perform tasks independently
Other duties as assigned

Position Supervised or Directed :

Supervised.

Qualifications, Experience requirements :

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Previous carpentry experience

Must have the ability to acquire a forklift license

Must have strong mechanical / carpentry background

Must be able to use hand tools efficiently

Ability to follow directions accurately and promptly

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality per the company attendance policy

Physical ability, which may include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, and working in areas that are not climate controlled for long periods

General Requirements :

Able to travel to other divisions when required.

Detailed and hands-on oriented.

Working Conditions :

Manufacturing plant environment

Physical ability, which may include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching.

Frequently indoors

Occasionally exposed to high / cold temperatures, loud noises, and fumes.
