Description: We are seeking candidates for an automotive collision technician position at our Osceola body shop center. We have been in business since 1989, and are looking for talented, dedicated candidates to help us expand our collision repair business. Two years of experience is required. We have a great benefits package, including a big commission share, life and health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations, and an employee purchasing program. We offer company paid I-CAR training. Our collision repair center features 2 frame machines and all NEW Hunter Alignment System including ASAS.
Brand new Collision Repair Center super clean but 35 years in business.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in automotive collision body repair
- Mig welding
- Must own most of your own tools
- I-CAR training (preferred)
- Driver's license (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening and panel replacement, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Utilize MIG welding techniques for effective metal joining and fabrication.
- Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance and detailing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
- Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop repair plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair progress and addressing client concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
