SUMMARY:
The ADAS Service Coordinator is an important role of ensuring all vehicle ADAS and safety systems are properly restored to their OEM working condition by communicating with CollisionRight repair facilities, scheduling service jobs, communicating with ADAS technicians, invoicing completed jobs and finalizing billing functions. ADAS Service Coordinator training, continuing education and internal technical support is provide-d by 360ALIGN.

Pay is $20-25 per hour based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • After internal training completion, the ADAS Service Coordinator must be able to analyze ADAS calibration requirement data delivered from the ADAS analytic team, create work orders, communicate with technicians, and repair facilities and finalize completed service orders.

  • Have a strong understanding of vehicle ADAS and safety systems.

  • Use various automotive service information programs to verify proper repair requirements as needed.

  • Use internal collision center software to upload documents and finalize billing.

  • Use internal POS to create work orders, add detailed notes, and finalize completed services in a timely manor.

  • Perform regular audits for open work orders.

  • Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure administrative duties are productive and efficient.

  • Customer service focused, ability to develop relationships and deliver consistency.

  • Adequately explain ADAS recalibration specifications and repair planning needs to CollisionRight repair center personnel.

  • Participate in training sessions.

  • Complete ADAS training and applicable certifications as required.

  • Work remotely with time management skills and strong work ethic.

  • Maintain excellent customer service through our company core values.

  • Adhere to all company and body shop policies, procedures, and safety rules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One (1) year of experience in automotive/collision repairs.

  • ADAS calibration experience, preferred.

  • Collision repair experience, preferred.

  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostic repair, preferred.

  • ASE or I-Car certifications, preferred.

  • Ability to learn and understand collision repair processes and terminology.

  • Successfully complete in-house training.

  • Understanding of technology & basic software programs.

  • Ability to learn scan tools and factory software.

  • Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently.

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused approach.

  • Need for adequate internet access and workspace, as a remote position.

  • Occasional travel may be required for training may be required as needed.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.

  • Ability to work in front of multiple PC monitors for at least 8 hours per day without stress and fatigue.
