What You'll Do :
- Be the friendly face (or voice) that greets customers, whether they call or walk into the shop.
- Answer inbound calls within 2 rings-because quick, professional service is what we're all about.
- Handle customer questions, fill out their info sheets, and smoothly hand off the process to our Estimators.
- Coordinate towing services and rental cars, making sure everything runs like clockwork for our customers.
- Keep the front office organized and welcoming, because first impressions matter.
- Manage customer payments and ensure they're good to go when picking up their vehicle.
