Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Must be able to work M-F 8-5 onsite in Dublin, OH
Pay $20-$25 per hour
SUMMARY:
As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and the organization as a whole in various aspects of human resource management. This role provides hands-on experience and exposure to all areas of the human resources department within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will work closely with HR professionals and be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, benefit administration, performance management and HR policy implantation contributing to the overall success of the organization's human resource functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create documentation of HR & TA processes and procedures in all areas.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.

Participate in the screening of resumes and initial shortlisting of candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.

Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Help in organizing and archiving employee documents and records.

Supports HR & TA Managers in a variety of benefit-related functions.

Work closely with the HR & TA Managers to provide assistance and support with compensation management.

Assist in generating HR reports and analytics as needed.

Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Participate in HR audits and documentation for legal and regulatory purposes.

Support performance management processes, including action plans, performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Develop, build and manage specific projects related to effectiveness and efficiency within the HR & TA departments.

Provide general administrative support to the HR & TA teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Humam Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
