POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title: Senior Centralized Operations Specialist
SUMMARY:
The Senior Centralized Operations Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing shop operations by ensuring the accuracy of repair orders (ROs), enhancing estimate precision, and driving revenue growth on every repair ticket. Operating within a centralized team, this position collaborates across departments to streamline closing processes, maximize efficiency, and ensure compliance with insurance DRP guidelines. Additionally, this role is responsible for coaching shop teams on capturing and justifying additional billable repair opportunities, ensuring that all potential revenuesuch as scanning compliance, repair supplements, and overlooked labor itemsis accurately documented and paid. By proactively identifying revenue enhancement strategies, this position directly contributes to the overall profitability of each shop.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to complete a detailed review of estimate accuracy in shop ROs.

Provide coaching to shop teammates on estimates and areas of opportunity in order to drive efficiency gains.

Assist teammates to modify repair orders to ensure compliance.

Extensive knowledge of insurance DRP related guidelines and scorecard metrics increasing overall performance.

Ensure RO is complete, accurate, and follows all insurance DRP guidelines, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Exercise and execute independent judgement with respect to significant matters such as the closing of files directly related to budgetary impact.

Ensure parts invoices are posted within the estimating platform make corrections as necessary and ensure included labor is correct.

Identify, document and report errors to increase the quality of future files.

Assist with coaching employees on identifying training needs in order to close the file within 48 hours of vehicle delivery.

Review vehicle scanning compliance and other ways to collect additional revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

3-4 years of experience in the auto body/collision repair industry required.

Strong background in file management within the collision repair industry, with a proven track record of quality performance.

Advanced proficiency in CCC One and a thorough understanding of insurance DRP processes and payment requirements.

Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, industry regulations, and standard repair guidelines.

Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with shop teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and coach teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to analyze complex repair files and make strategic recommendations to optimize profitability.

Willingness to adapt to changing operational needs and contribute to a high-performance team environment.
