SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

PERMANENT | BAYTOWN, TX

WE ARE COLLOIDS, INC.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Colloids Inc. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of MRO goods, services, and supplies to ensure the continuous operation of our facilities. This position involves managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and mitigating risks to ensure the success of our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods
• Focus on procurement of raw materials and price negotiation
• Coordinate sourcing and contracting of services, products, and technical equipment
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Execute sourcing events and evaluate proposals
• Track shipments and manage internal and external communications
• Ensure continuous improvement and drive cost reduction strategies
• Assist with customer service and payment management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in supply chain management or procurement
• Familiarity with Master Service Agreements (MSA) and purchase orders (POs)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Analytical skills and experience in inventory management
• Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

PACKAGE:

• Hours: Days 8am – 5pm
• Salary: Commensurate to position
• U.S. Only: Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from the Company
