- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans both in person and via phone
- Assist physicians with in office procedures- flex sigmoidoscopy, rubber banding etc..
- Coordinate ancillary testing
- Medical Chart Review
- Assist with the triage of patient phone calls
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the provider
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid drivers license
- First aid / CPR certification required
