What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Fertilizer and Weed Control Technician position at Colonel Landscaping Inc?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a potion as a Lawn Care Technician. This person would be responsible for servicing commercial and residential properties, with a customer focus approach.
Needs:
1. Past fertilization knowledge is a plus but not required.
2. We do not pay under the table, all paychecks are processed through our payroll company.
3. Valid drivers license & ability to drive truck & trailer.
4. Hard working, honest, friendly characteristics towards our customers, our current employees and towards our well maintained equipment. We want a crew that executes jobs with the highest level of quality, while taking care of our customers. It plays a big role in the mission statement of the company.
5. An individual who is on time. Hours for this position are approximatley 7 am to 4 30 pm.

We pay our employees top pay contingent upon what they can do for our company and customers ($23.00- $27.00) or more. The right candidate can be offered a salary position.
