Job Summary :
Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking a skilled and experienced Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on vehicles, as well as assisting with other automotive services. This is a part-time position with competitive hourly compensation in the Auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits :
The compensation for this position is $18 to $25 per hour and is paid weekly.
Responsibilities :
- Perform basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements according to manufacturer guidelines
- Inspect and diagnose customer vehicles, identifying any potential issues or recommended repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as properly maintaining tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to provide updates on services and any recommended repairs
- Ensure all services are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting dealership and manufacturer standards
- Continuously update knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance techniques through training programs and workshops
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines in the shop and on the lot
