We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Counter position.
## Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter in our Drycleaning Store.
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations
- Hand out finished orders, and accept incoming orders.
- Utilize basic math skills for retail transactions and cash handling
- Prepare incoming orders to be cleaned.
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- ## Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service helpful
- Proficiency in basic math for retail transactions
- Ability to multi task and able to learn computer system
- Will train right person
Job Type: Part-time
