Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in achieving its mission and goals. Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting older adults.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial health and sustainability of programs.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for the adult day center, nutrition program and transportation program.
- Lead initiatives for program development to enhance service delivery and meet the evolving needs of the community.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote an integrated approach to service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising individual and or teams in a social services setting.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively in a not for profit world.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage various stakeholders successfully.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management and development tailored for older adults.
- Administrative proficiency with an understanding of compliance requirements in the sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
