Colonial Country Club is seeking a hardworking and team-oriented Busser to join our casual dining team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience for our members and guests. You will assist servers, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly clear and reset tables to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Assist servers by delivering food, refilling beverages, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Ensure guests have all necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Support kitchen and service staff by running food, refilling supplies, and handling minor guest requests.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods, carrying heavy trays, and lifting up to 30 lbs. as needed.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Schedule Availability:
- Tuesday – Friday 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Open availability on Saturday and Sunday
Background check and drug screen required.
