We are looking for skilled and personable Fine Dining Servers to join our team and uphold our tradition of excellence. This role involves delivering attentive, high-quality service in a food and beverage environment, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, including taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and meet the highest quality standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, monitor tables, and promptly address any issues or special requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Follow all club policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server in an upscale dining or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and bar service etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Availability to work the designated shift schedule (3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Tuesday – Saturday).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Background check and drug screen required.
