Colonial Country Club is seeking a dedicated and energetic Youth Service Attendant to provide exceptional care and supervision for children participating in our youth programs. This individual will ensure a fun, engaging, and safe environment while leading activities that promote social, physical, and creative development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children in designated youth areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and educational programs.
- Monitor children’s behavior and enforce club policies to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of youth areas, including playrooms, activity spaces, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's participation and any concerns.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring proper documentation and security.
- Provide basic first aid when necessary and follow emergency procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or childcare setting preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, responsible, and able to engage children of all ages.
- Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Shift Availability:
- Fridays: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sundays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Must be available to work up to 20 hours per week.
Background check and drug screen required.
