We do not work with Hoyer Lifts at this time, we do provide gait belts for transfer assistance.
- Communicate. The ability to understand what you read, write what you want to say, or voice to your team is critical. We're only as strong as our weakest link and communication solves and prevents problems.
- Have fun. The people who live here see you as an extension of their family. Going for walks, playing games, and conversations are all encouraged during your day as you would in a home of your own.
- Be a good person. It should go without saying, but Colonial Court is committed to an environment free of toxicity and gossip.
