Responsibilities
- Assess of residents upon move-in, upon change of condition and at state requirements.
- Ensure residents are receiving the care and services they need as outlined on the resident care and services plan.
- Advocate for resident rights, ensuring all associates uphold the values of Colonial Court.
- Training and education of care and services team associates.
- Celebrating a strong team and motivating team with positive morale.
- Ensuring care team associates have the "tools" they need to do their job roles.
Skills, Talents, and Knowledge
- Strong ability to communicate both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills. Ideal if you love strategy games and puzzles.
- Logical thinker who is naturally optimistic and positive.
Experience and Education
- 2 years in a position within an assisted living or memory care setting is strongly preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
