What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper / Associate position at Colonial CPA Group?
Colonial CPA Group, an established CPA firm with offices in Chesapeake and Yorktown is looking to add a full-time bookkeeper to join their team in Williamsburg. The ideal candidate:
- Must have bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and payroll experience. Minimum of 2 years experience is required.
- Responsibilities include, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, journal entries, payroll processing , submitting payroll tax deposits and payroll tax reporting.
- Must have extensive experience using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of bookkeeping including financial statements, account reconciliations and depreciation. Must be familiar with journal entries.
- Coordinating bookkeeping jobs and ability to multi-task is a must.
- Must be a self-starter and an autonomous worker. Professional demeanor is required.
