Craft Exquisite Wood Finishes with Us!
We're expanding our team and seeking dedicated individuals to join us in the crucial roles of sanding and staining/glazing. We're looking for passionate craftspeople who understand the artistry and dedication required to achieve exceptional wood finishes. If you're driven to create beautiful, high-quality products, we want you on our team. While you'll have opportunities to work independently, you'll also be a vital part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. We welcome both experienced professionals and those with a genuine desire to master the art of wood finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret and execute cabinet order specifications.
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation, effective time management, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exhibit excellent hand-eye coordination and precision.
- Apply your existing knowledge of wood finishes or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
Desired Skills (Beneficial, Not Required):
- Experience in custom cabinet manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in professional staining or sanding.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for cabinetry work

- Ability to perform construction estimating and manage project resources effectively
