ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and oversee advertising strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives
- Collaborates with internal teams, external vendors and agencies in the development and production of advertising, promotional, and collateral campaigns
- Protects the integrity of the brand, company name, logo and other trademarks by reviewing, approving, and ensuring the accuracy of all collateral assets
- Assists Director of Marketing with the creative and communication of entertainment, events, promotions, rewards and direct mail; including, but not limited to, email, social, TV, Radio, print, outdoor, web, and paid digital
- Participates in the review and approval process of all Marketing material by copywriting, editing, and proofreading for content (i.e., spelling and grammar) and correct images
- Develops strategic marketing initiatives and sponsorship recommendation, reporting and analyzing their success as assigned
- Track, log, and coordinate with finance department for budget management and vendor billing regarding advertising and promotions
- Analyze advertising efforts through key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI
- Understand media plans and financial reports
- Coordinates on-site filming and photography for advertising needs
- Provides current information on all property events, promotions and marketing offers for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to all Team Members
- Performs other duties as assigned
