ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update social listings for all business entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social channels, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
- Oversee and execute email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for four distinct business entities.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure email content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Lytho, ensuring smooth collaboration with the creative agency for job entries, revisions, and approvals.
- Train team members and stakeholders on using Lytho effectively to maintain efficient workflows.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Assist with the review, proofreading, and approval of digital marketing materials to ensure brand compliance and high-quality output.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency in managing social media and online review platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with brand management software like Lytho or equivalent tools is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or a similar role.
- Gaming or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Must obtain valid Virginia Racing Commission License
- Valid Driver’s License

- The Team Member may be exposed to smoke when on the floor of the gaming room.
