  • What We’re On the Hunt For in Our ADON :
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or RN Supervisor (you’re a seasoned pro!)
  • A shiny California RN License (because we like to keep it classy!)
  • A solid grasp of federal and state regulations (rules are the fun part, right?)
  • Some background in Long Term Care (you’ve got this in the bag!)
  • Stellar leadership and team-building skills (let’s rally the crew!)
  • Your Main Quest as ADON :
  • Support the DON in the daily magic of clinical operations, keeping us on the right side of all the laws and regulations. You’ll ensure our service delivery is top-notch, dive into the sales and marketing adventures, train and develop our amazing staff, whip up programs to keep residents grinning and create a nurturing environment of continuous care.
