Colonial Golf & Tennis Club is a country club in the Harrisburg area that offers a top-notch golf course, tennis courts, pool, and more opportunities to socialize at our restaurant and banquet facilities. We are gearing up for the 2025 Season and are looking for individuals who are interested in employment starting this Spring and into the Fall (Thanksgiving time). This is a great opportunity for someone who is retired, looking to hours around college classes, or even is just interested in temporary work for the summer!
Our Golf Course Groundskeeping crew performs the following tasks to keep our golf course looking beautiful...
- Performs general landscape maintenance using hand help equipment
- Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
- Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
- Involved with tasks related to course detail
- Assist with golf course setup procedures
- Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
- Performs general labor and cleaning related to golf course maintenance equipment
What we are looking for from you...
- Landscaping/Golf Course Maintenance is preferred but not required - we will train someone with the right attitude!
- Must be reliable – we start our days EARLY
- Must incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Must be able to work every other weekend morning– we are open every weekend
- Should be able to work as a team or independently
- Must be able to work outside – and enjoy it!
