Colonial Transportation Solutions, Inc.'s Transport Drivers are essential to the company's success. They ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pre-packaged and bulk chemical products to customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivers chemical products using bulk tankers or 53' dry vans to designated locations.
- Maintain equipment in a clean, organized state and ensure it remains in safe working condition.
- Maintains accurate driver logs by state, federal, and DOT regulations.
- Conducts detailed inspections of truck equipment and supplies.
- Perform inspections before, during, and after trips.
- Verifies the integrity of the load to ensure safe and secure delivery.
- Utilizes pumps and hoses to offload chemicals from portable IBC tanks.
- Occasionally uses an electric pallet jack to offload freight.
- Completes additional assigned tasks as needed.
