Licensed Practical Nurse
Full-time (32 hours) and part-time (24 hours) 2nd shift (3p-11p), part-time 3rd shift. Responsible for providing residents with routine daily and restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the residents assessment, care plans, and as directed by the supervisors. Ensures resident’s needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity. Active LPN license, valid in the State of CT & Active CPR certificate. Long term care experience preferred. Point Click Care software preferred. Vacation after one year, sick pay accrued by CT paid sick leave, & personal days. no cost insurance after probationary period (including vision and dental) deductible fully funded by employer.
New starting rate $31.92 plus $2.00 shift differential and $4.75 more for off weekend/12 hour shift
