What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Substitute position at Colonial Heights Elementary School?
The requirements for Child Care Substitute are:
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED Certificate (Proof of Education required)
- Clearance based on results of TBI/FBI Criminal Background Check
- Clearance based on results of Sexual Offender, Department of Children's Services and Vulnerable Abuse Registries
- Attendance at Substitute Teacher Training
Substitutes are paid the following:
- Substituting for an Aide - 60.00 per day
- Substituting for a Teacher - 75.00 per day
- Substituting long term - 120.00 on the 11th day forward (this is regardless of certification)
