Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for shoppers.
- Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems.
