Licensed Medicare Agent

Are you a licensed Life and Health insurance agent? Are you already in the medicare space and looking for a better opportunity? We are looking for individuals who are already licensed and wanting to either join a better Medicare agency or get into the medicare space. We offer strong commission structure with bonuses on top for high producers. A lot of agencies will provide high commissions for terrible marketing and "leads" that are impossible to sell or do not stick on the book and you end up paying back those commissions through chargebacks. We own our own in house marketing, where we control the data and the ads being ran. We have our own in house fronting agents who scrub the calls before they ever get to you and pre-qualify the call for you before even transferring it over. Our agents close 30-40% of their calls and only work Monday-Friday 9-5:30. This is a 1099, commission only position with unlimited earning potential. The one big thing that sets us apart from the rest, besides the marketing, the systems we have to use, the platforms and the training, is that we also pay our agents residuals on the business they write. That is rarely offered in this space and will allow agents to increase their earning's by 10-20% year over year. Looking to hire IMMEDIATELY.
